Maureen Ojugbana is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. She obtained her first degree in Law (LLB) from Imo State University, Owerri in Imo State of Nigeria and a Masters in Corporate and Financial Law (LLM) from the very prestigious University of Glasgow in Scotland, United Kingdom. Maureen is also an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and a member of the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators of Nigeria (APNM).
Prior to joining NetConstruct, Maureen acted as proxy Company Secretary of Global Spectrum Energy Services Plc, a public company listed on the Nigerian stock exchange under secondment by Rayfield Associates.
