to crystalize its business operations in Nigeria and therefore requires a General Manager to head its operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • MBA or similar Post Graduate Degree from a reputed & recognized university /institution
  • The candidate must have worked in BD roles in very successful mid-tier companies (IT solutions/Consulting / Audit / Services / Education / Edtech companies)
  • A minimum of 12 – 15 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 4 years of experience leading teams; ie in leadership roles.
  • Excellent understanding of country environment, challenges, and opportunities for Tantalum’s business
  • Successful track record of a business development career preferably in solution / services sector
  • Demonstrated ability to close large deals in acquiring customers or sales deals.
  • Ability to understand a client’s challenges, objectives, and basis this, build innovative solutions
  • Background experience in dealing with senior management of companies, top level officials, ministers and so on
  • Excellent connectivity within the local corporate / government circles preferably at senior levels
  • A local country resident preferably with a good understanding of the immediate regional markets
  • Intelligent, articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Digital / Social Media Marketing, Communications, Public relations, Journalism, or related field
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience of Digital Marketing in a reputed organization is a must
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Digital analytics Ad managers and internet ranking for web content
  • Experience of online digital campaigns

REQUIREMENTS  

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, student personnel administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred but not essential) from a UK or US based University
  • 5+ years’ experience in a business development / sales role within the educational sector
  • 5+ years’ experience in selling educational products

Skills:  

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and time management skills – this position requires a positive attitude and an exceptionally friendly disposition
  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent presentation creation skills (consulting level standard and good attention to detail)
